Turquoise has been used in jewelry for thousands of years. Here in the America’s, Natives mined Turquoise as far back as 2000 BCE. It was representitive of the sky and water and used in ceremonial practices or carved for beads and jewelry. When Spanish settlers arrived in the America’s, Natives learned metalworking and here is where the iconic pairing of Silver and Turquoise began.

This ring features a nugget cut Kingman Turquoise cabochon from Arizona. It is bordered by beaded wire and little leaves.
